Men, women, and children may quite safely take on the learning of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu even though they may have little or no previous experience with any type of martial art.

Please check with Jonathan or Dan for private lesson availability. Fee’s for private lessons depend on the length and frequency of the classes.

The results were amazing. Tidewater BJJ and it’s friends took almost every top spot in the adult purple, brown and absolute No-Gi divisions.

  • Vince Borden won the Absolute No-Gi along with Max Lossen ( they split the title because they are on the same team)
  • Dan Gleaton won the Blue Belt Light Heavyweight division
  • Jim Howard won the Purple belt middleweight division.(two out of three matches by submission)
  • Vince Borden won the Purple Belt Cruiserweight division
